OBE视域下“三全育人”综合改革育人成效评价

摘要 “三全育人”综合改革是以立德树人为根本任务,面向所有学生进行的教育实践活动,对其育人成效的评价探索是高等教育高质量发展的客观要求。在OBE理念视域下,落实“三全育人”综合改革实践活动对立德树人教育目标的达成度,遵循“以学生为中心,坚持全员育人;以持续改进为途径,实现全过程育人;以成果为导向,注重全方位育人”的价值取向,不断探索育人成效评价体系,推进“十大育人”体系建设。 The comprehensive reform in“all-round education”is an educational practice aimed at cultivating morality and nurturing students holistically.Evaluating and exploring the educational outcomes is an essential and objective requirement for the high-quality development of higher education.Viewing it through the lens of Outcome-Based Education(OBE),the comprehensive reform and practical activities in“all-round education”need to be implemented to achieve the goals of moral education and student development.This entails adhering to the principles of student-centeredness and focusing on all-staff education,continuous improvement and realizing complete process education,and results orientation and emphasizing holistic education.It is imperative to constantly explore the evaluation system for education effectiveness,promote the construction of the“ten education”systems.
