我国职教教师培养体系的层次结构、对接困境与建设策略

摘要 系统的职前培养作为教师专业发展的第一环节,是职教教师教育的奠基阶段。然而长期以来,我国职教教师培养作为师资补充主渠道的地位远未确立,与职教教师资格获取过度开放的现实相呼应,在制度层面就已将我国职教教师的职前培养与入职规范、职后发展割裂开来。系统审视我国职教教师培养体系内部衔接缺失、对外匹配错位的生态困境,通过树立统筹性教育理念和设计一体化培养体系,在培养机构、专业设置、课程体系、教师标准、教师资格等方面逐项突破制约我国职教教师培养工作的重点难点,可加快形成具有中国特色的职教教师培养体系。 Pre-service education,as the first stage of teacher professional development,is a fundamental phase in vocational teacher education.However,in China,The status of vocational teacher education,as the main channel for supplementing teaching staff,has not been firmly established.Corresponding to the reality of excessive openness in obtaining vocational education teaching qualifications,there has been a systematic disconnection between pre-service education,induction education and in-service education for vocational teachers.By examining the internal gaps and external mismatches in China's vocational teacher training system,this paper proposes the establishment of a comprehensive education concept and the design of an integrated education system.Through breakthroughs in training institutions,program design,curriculum systems,teacher standards,and teaching qualifications,the key difficulties and obstacles in vocational teacher education in China can be effectively addressed,accelerating the formation of a vocational teacher education system with Chinese characteristics.
