Impact of Information Consciousness Cultivation on the Income of High-quality Farmers:An Empirical Analysis Based on Propensity Score Matching Method

信息意识是高素质农民信息素养的重要组成部分,更是提升其经济收入和生活幸福感的前提与基础。以1016位高素质农民的调查数据为依托,运用倾向值匹配法探究信息意识培育与高素质农民收入间的关系。结果表明:在考虑了样本选择性偏差和内生性问题后,高素质农民的信息意识培育与收入仍呈显著正相关关系。相对而言,信息意识培育对年轻、文化程度较低以及有非农就业经历这三类高素质农民的收入影响更为明显。为达致信息意识培育促进高素质农民增收的效益最大化,未来应完善信息基础设施建设,创设信息意识培育环境;擦亮乡村振兴青年底色,发挥数字反哺致富潜能;巧搭终身学习立交桥,护航农业发展信息化。

Information consciousness is an integral component of the information literacy of high-quality farmers,and it serves as a prerequisite and foundation for improving their economic income and life satisfaction.This study uses survey data from 1016 high-quality farmers and utilizes propensity score matching to explore the relationship between information awareness cultivation and the income of high-quality farmers.The results indicate that even after considering sample selection bias and endogeneity issues,there is a significant positive correlation between information awareness cultivation and the income of high-quality farmers.Specifically,the impact of information consciousness cultivation on income is more pronounced for young farmers,those with lower educational levels,and those with non-agricultural work experience.To maximize the benefits of information awareness cultivation in promoting income growth for high-quality farmers,future efforts should focus on improving information infrastructure,creating an environment conducive to information awareness cultivation,empowering rural youth in the context of rural revitalization,and utilizing digital technology to enhance agricultural development.
