The Development Process,Current Status,and Trends of Vocational Education Journals in China

梳理我国职业教育期刊发展的历程与职业教育事业发展、期刊出版发展的关系有助于理解我国职业教育期刊发展现状,发现其存在的问题,理性地寻找未来的发展方向。我国职业教育期刊在改革开放后主要经历了三个阶段,目前职业教育期刊与职业教育事业发展不匹配,存在“散”“轻”“惰”“重”现象,在不符合自身特色的评价体系中处于弱势边缘,数字化与国际化步伐缓慢。在教育强国建设背景下,探索集群化发展模式,加强职业教育期刊发展顶层设计;探索分类评价,建立符合职业教育发展特点的科研评价和期刊评价体系;顺应学术期刊发展大势,紧跟数字化、国际化发展步伐,是职教期刊发展的必由之路。

Examining the development process of vocational education journals in China and their relationship with the development of vocational education and journal publishing can help understand the current status of vocational education journals,identify the root causes of existing issues,and rationally seek future development directions.After the reform and opening-up policy,vocational education journals in China have gone through three stages.Currently,vocational education journals are not well-aligned with the rapid development of vocational careers.They face challenges such as fragmentation,lightweight content,inertness,and lack of emphasis.These journals have a clear positioning but have a relatively weak position in evaluation systems that do not align with their own characteristics.Furthermore,there are also setbacks in digitization and internationalization efforts.In the context of building a powerful country in education,it is recommended to explore cluster development models and strengthen top-level design for the development of vocational education journals.It is also important to explore classification-based evaluations and establish research and journal evaluation systems that align with the characteristics of vocational education.Additionally,keeping up with the digital and international trends in academic journal development is crucial.
