自从澳门地区1999年回归以来,社会及经济急速发展,人口及旅客不断增加,高密度人口及有限的土地供应为澳门地区这座紧凑型城市的交通出行带来巨大压力。为解决日益严峻的交通拥堵问题,现代化及高效的轨道交通系统具备从根源上解决这一问题的潜质。文章回顾澳门地区轻轨从规划、建设到运营的不同阶段,在目前线网规划的基础上对下一阶段轨道交通线网的发展进行探索。相关经验可为其他地区规划建设轨道交通提供参考和借鉴。

Since the reunification of Macao in 1999,its society and economy have developed rapidly,with a continuous increase in population and tourists.The highdensity population and limited land supply have brought enormous pressure to the transportation network of the compact city of Macao.To solve the increasingly severe traffic congestion problem,a modern and efficient rail transit system has the potential to solve this problem from the root.The article reviews the different stages of planning,construction and operation of Macao Light Rail,and explores the development of the next stage of the rail transit network based on the current network planning.The relevant experience could provide a reference and inspiration for the planning and construction of rail transit in other regions.
