摘要
文章介绍一起双动多机牵引道岔故障引发的道岔位置与表示不一致的故障,通过阐述双动道岔室内启动电路及道岔总表示电路原理,对故障进行进一步分析,针对本次故障所折射的问题,为避免类似隐患再次发生给行车安全带来重大隐患,结合日常维修及工程施工过程提出对应的整治建议及措施,以解决道岔总表示电路在日常使用中特殊场景下存在的隐患,保证铁路的行车安全。
This article introduces a phenomenon of inconsistency between the position and indication of railway turnout caused by the fault of a linkage multi-switcher drive turnouts,through the elaboration of the principles of indoor start-up circuit of linkage turnouts and their main indication circuits of the turnouts,the fault is further analyzed,as regards the issues reflected by the fault,in order to avoid the recurrence of similar hidden dangers,which is liable to bring significant risks to railway operation safety,it combined the daily maintenance and construction processes to propose the corresponding remedy suggestions and measures,so as to solve the hidden dangers of the main indication circuit of the turnouts under special scenarios of daily usage,as well as ensure the operation safety of the railway.
