基于小柴胡汤的针药结合临床效应分析

小柴胡汤出自《伤寒论》,是和解少阳之代表方剂,临证应用极为广泛。以小柴胡汤为基础方结合针刺治疗临床多系统疾病疗效显著。该方善治半表半里病症,具有和解少阳、疏利三焦、清降肝胆之火、行气活血、调和阴阳等作用,所治疾病范围较广,包括咳喘、胃炎、头痛、眩晕、郁证以及带状疱疹等。针刺疗法可以调和脏腑、疏通经络、调理气血、缓解急慢性疼痛等,对于病在少阳者,在小柴胡汤基础上配合循经针刺局部穴、远端穴及阿是穴以缓解患者不适症状,疗效显著。针刺时还可针对疾病的类型选取毫针、火针、浮针、揿针、腹针、针刀等不同的针具及针刺手法,更快、更好地取得治疗效果。小柴胡汤与针刺疗法配合运用,内外兼调,协同增效,较单一疗法效果更佳,临证可广泛运用。
