考虑不确定性的维修线性能分析与配置研究

摘要 针对飞机维修存在的维修时间长且不确定的问题,以实现飞机维修线的维修性能提升与运行成本管控为目标,提出一种考虑维修数量的飞机维修线维修性能分析与维修能力配置方案的建模方法。首先,采用马尔可夫模型为基础,以系统运行整体状态为依托,建立了飞机维修线维修性能模型。其次,考虑缓冲区与维修车间的堵塞与空闲问题,构建了以改造总费用约束,运行总利润为目标函数的飞机维修线维修能力配置优化模型。最后,结合某飞机维修线升级改造案例,分析了在不同飞机维修线配置方案下所对应的投入与利润,验证了所提方法的有效性。 Aiming at the problems of long and uncertain maintenance time in aircraft maintenance,a modeling method of maintenance performance analysis and configuration scheme of aircraft maintenance line considering the number of maintenance was proposed to improve maintenance performance and control operation cost of aircraft maintenance line.Firstly,the maintenance performance model of aircraft maintenance line was established based on Markov model and the overall operating state of the system.Secondly,considering the blockage and idling of buffer zone and maintenance shop,an aircraft maintenance line configuration optimization model was established with the total cost constraint and total operating profit as the objective function.Finally,an example was given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
