风力发电机械中机组叶片小翼三维场数值模拟研究

摘要 为使机组叶片具有更好的控制效果,提出一种风力发电机械中机组叶片小翼三维场数值模拟方法。计算风机效率上限,对动能与风能的能量转换,对叶片三维建模,计算扭矩大小,保证在阻力最小的前提下,得到最大的电功率,并对压力修正,实现三维流场控制。实验结果表明,所提方法具有较高的模拟准确性,在控制后叶尖处的线速度有所增大,正负压力面产生的压差有所减小。该方法不仅提高了准确性,还提高了流场控制效果。 In order to make the blade of the wind turbine have better control effect,a three-dimensional field numerical simulation method of the blade winglet of the wind turbine is designed.The upper limit of fan efficiency is calculated,the energy conversion between kinetic energy and wind energy is conducted,three-dimensional modeling of blades is established to calculate the torque,ensuring the maximum electric power under the premise of minimum resistance,and correct the pressure to realize three-dimensional flow field control.The experimental results show that the method has high simulation accuracy.After control,the linear velocity at the blade tip increases and the pressure difference between the positive and negative pressure surfaces decreases.The research method not only improves the accuracy,but also improves the flow field control effect.
