某含金硫精矿焙烧制酸净化工序优化改造

摘要 介绍了某160 kt/a含金硫精矿焙烧制酸装置净化工序运行过程中存在的问题及优化改造情况。该制酸装置采用的含金硫精矿由原矿通过浮选后获得,矿物性质复杂且粒度较小,易造成除尘和净化工序设备堵塞、腐蚀老化。该制酸装置净化工序经过长期运行,存在运行情况差、设备及管道易积酸泥导致系统阻力大、废酸排放工艺参数不稳定等问题,通过采用“动力波洗涤器+填料塔+电除雾器”酸洗净化流程、增设西恩过滤器、将塑料电除雾器改为玻璃钢电除雾器对净化工序进行改造,提高了烟气净化效果,降低了设备故障率,减小了环保压力,保障了硫酸装置长期稳定运行,提高了企业的经济效益。 The problems and optimization transformation of the purification process in a 160 kt/a gold containing sulphur concentrate roasting and acid making plant are introduced.The gold containing sulphur concentrate used in this acid plant is obtained by flotation of the raw ore.The mineral properties are complex and the particle size is small,which can easily cause equipment blockage,corrosion and aging in the dust removal and purification processes.After long-term operation,the purification process of the acid plant has encountered problems such as poor operation,high system resistance caused by easy accumulation of acid sludge in equipments and pipelines,and unstable waste acid discharge process parameters.The purification process has been reformed by adopting the“power wave scrubber+packing tower+electric mist eliminator”acid cleaning purification process,adding a Sean filter,and changing the plastic electric mist eliminator to a fiberglass electric mist eliminator.The flue gas purification effect has been improved,the equipment failure rate has been reduced,and the environmental pressure has been reduced,ensuring the long-term stable operation of the sulphuric acid plant and improving the economic benefits of the enterprise.
