管链输送机在锌冶炼烟气制酸系统的实践及推广应用

Practice and promotion application of pipe chain conveyor in zinc smelting flue gas acid production system

利用管链输送机运输效率高、密封效果好、结构紧凑的优点,对电除尘器灰斗进行适当改造,彻底解决电除尘器的溢流螺旋卸灰机轴头密封不佳,造成烟尘泄漏产生环保隐患以及螺旋内部进异物卡涩后维修困难的问题,降低了硫酸生产电耗。进一步利用管链输送机可垂直及曲折布置的特点,在锌冶炼的其他工序推广应用,解决了狭小空间输送设备布置困难的问题,同时降低了设备运行费用。

By utilizing the advantages of high transportation efficiency,good sealing effect and compact structure of the pipe chain conveyor,the ash hopper of the electrostatic precipitator has been appropriately modified to completely solve the problem of poor sealing of the overflow spiral ash discharge machine shaft head of the electrostatic precipitator,resulting in environmental hazards caused by smoke and dust leakage,as well as the problem of difficult maintenance after foreign objects entering the screw are jammed,reducing the electricity consumption in sulphuric acid production.And further utilizing the vertical and zigzag layout of the pipe chain conveyor,it has been promoted and applied in other processes of zinc smelting plants,solving the problem of difficult layout of conveying equipment in narrow spaces and reducing equipment operating costs.
