摘要
在研究烷基化废硫酸特性及分解原理的基础上,设计结构独特的立式燃煤裂解炉,采用煤粉代替传统的天然气裂解废硫酸,废硫酸裂解率在99.95%以上,废硫酸再生率大于96%,燃料成本降低约51.2%,实现了废硫酸资源化利用,取得了较好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
On the basis of researching the characteristics and decomposition principle of alkylated waste sulphuric acid,a unique structure vertical coal-fired cracking furnace was designed,and coal powder was used instead of traditional natural gas for cracking waste sulphuric acid,with the cracking rate of waste sulphuric acid more than 99.95%,the regeneration rate of waste sulphuric acid more than 96%,and the reduction of fuel cost by 51.2%.The utilization of waste sulphuric acid resources is realized,and better economic,social and environmental benefits are achieved.
