冶炼烟气制酸装置废酸分步硫化处理工艺改进实践

摘要 介绍了垣曲冶炼厂废酸处理系统分步硫化处理的工艺流程及在生产过程中出现的问题,对影响铜砷分离效果的主要影响因素进行了分析,并提出了改进措施,取得了满意的效果。通过对硫化指标控制进行精细化管理、采用人工滴定法快速准确地监测废酸中铜离子和砷离子的分离情况、提高压滤机的过滤效果,一级硫化后液的铜离子含量和二级硫化后液的砷离子含量都低于设计值,实现了铜和砷的阶梯分离。 The process flow of step-by-step sulfurization treatment and the problems encountered in the production process in the waste acid treatment system of Yuanqu Smelter are introduced,the main influencing factors on the separation effect of copper and arsenic are analyzed,and the improvement measures are proposed,achieving satisfactory results.By finely managing the sulfurization index control and using manual titration to quickly and accurately monitor the separation of copper and arsenic ions in waste acid,the filtration efficiency of the filter press is improved.The copper ion content in the first stage sulfurization solution and the arsenic ion content in the second stage sulfurization solution are both lower than the design value,achieving a stepped separation of copper and arsenic.
