制酸尾气脱硫双氧水法替代钠碱法改造实践

摘要 介绍了某冶炼厂制酸尾气脱硫工艺的提标升级改造情况。通过比较钠碱法与双氧水法脱硫工艺的优缺点和评估原尾气脱硫装置的设备设施,对采用双氧水法代替钠碱法进行制酸尾气深度脱硫的可行性分析,并制定了详细的改造方案。制酸尾气深度脱硫装置经过改造,实现了稳定高效运行,排放尾气的ρ(SO_(2))<100 mg/m^(3),硫酸雾(ρ)<20 mg/m^(3),脱硫药剂成本减少了273.9万元/a,污酸处理成本减少了96.9万元/a,且w(H_(2)SO_(4))98%硫酸产量可增加4 852 t/a,具有显著的环保效益和经济效益,解决了尾气超低排放和脱硫副产物资源化利用的问题。 The upgrading and transformation of the desulfurization process for acid making tail gas in a smelter is introduced.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of sodium alkali method and hydrogen peroxide solution desulfurization processes,and evaluating the equipments and facilities of the original tail gas desulfurization device,the feasibility analysis of using hydrogen peroxide solution method instead of sodium alkali method for deep desulfurization of acid making tail gas was conducted,and a detailed transformation plan was formulated.The deep desulfurization device for acid production tail gas has been renovated to achieve stable and efficient operation,the mass concentration of SO_(2) in exhaust emission is less than 100 mg/m^(3),the mass concentration of sulphuric acid mist is less than 200 mg/m^(3),the cost of desulfurization agents decreases by 2.739 million yuan/a,the cost of sewage acid treatment decreases by 969 thousand yuan/a,and the sulphuric acid production with a mass fraction of 98%can increase by 4852 t/a.This has significant environmental and economic benefits,solving the problems of ultra-low exhaust emissions and resource utilization of desulfurization by-products.
