基于胜任力的体检中心健康管理专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建 被引量:5

摘要 目的:构建体检中心健康管理专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为培养及发展体检中心健康管理专科护士提供参考。方法:通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈初步构建体检中心健康管理专科护士核心胜任力评价指标框架并编制专家函询问卷。采用德尔菲专家咨询法对全国17名专家进行2轮函询,运用层次分析法确定指标的权重。结果:2轮专家咨询的问卷有效回收率分别为100.00%和94.12%;专家意见提出率分别为76.47%和56.25%,专家权威系数为0.93,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.156~0.168和0.137~0.182(均P<0.05)。最终形成的体检中心健康管理专科护士核心能力评价指标体系包括基本护理服务能力、健康管理实践能力、专业发展能力、知识综合能力、沟通交流与团队协作能力、职业态度6项一级指标、21项二级指标及70项三级指标。结论:构建的健康管理专科护士核心能力评价指标体系具有科学性及实用性,可为我国未来选拔及培养高素质健康管理护理人才提供参考,也为健康管理机构制订健康管理专科护士轮岗培训方案及考核标准提供依据。 Objective:To construct a core competency evaluation index system for health management specialist nurses in medical examination centers,and to provide a basis for training and developing health management specialist nurses in medical examination centers in accordance with China's national conditions.Methods:Through literature review and semi-structured interviews,we initially established a framework of core competency evaluation indicators for health management specialist nurses in health screening centers and developed an expert correspondence questionnaire.The Delphi expert consultation method was used to conduct 2 rounds of correspondence with 17 experts nationwide,and the hierarchical analysis method was applied to determine the weights of the indicators.Results:The effective recall rates of the questionnaires for the 2 rounds of expert consultation were 100.00%and 94.12%,respectively;the rates of expert opinions expressed were 76.47%and 56.25%,respectively,with expert authority coefficients of 0.93 and Kendall harmony coefficients of 0.156⁃0.168 and 0.137⁃0.182,respectively(both P<0.05).The final core competency evaluation indexes of health management specialist nurses in medical checkup centers include 6 primary indicators(basic nursing service ability,health management practice ability,professional development ability,comprehensive knowledge ability,communication and teamwork ability,and professional attitude),21 secondary indicators,and 70 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:The core competency evaluation index system of health management specialist nurses is scientific,reliable,universal,comprehensive and practical,which provides a reference for the selection and training of high⁃quality health management nursing talents in China in the future,and also provides a basis for health management institutions to develop rotation training programs and assessment standards for health management specialist nurses.
