首席数据官制度在生态环境领域试点的研究

持续推进生态环境数据的融合与创新应用,对于辅助生态环境管理决策,持续深化数字政府改革建设,全面推动生态环境保护数字化转型具有重要意义。然而广东省生态环境数据应用还存在着瓶颈,导致真正有实用价值的数据难以挖掘并加以利用。因此,本文在近年来广东省推行首席数据官制度试点的基础上,结合对制度概念的认识,分析总结广东省生态环境数据资源现状和存在问题,进一步研究探讨首席数据官制度试点对生态环境数据应用的作用。

Continuously promoting the integration and innovative application of ecological environment data is of great significance for assisting ecological environment management decision-making,deepening the construction of digital government in an all-round way,and comprehensively promoting the digital transformation of ecological environment protection.However,there are still bottlenecks in the application of ecological environment data in Guangdong Province,making it difficult to mine and utilize truly valuable data.Therefore,on the basis of the pilot implementation of the chief data officer system in Guangdong Province in recent years,combined with the understanding of the system concept,the current situation and existing problems of the ecological environment data resources in Guangdong Province are analyzed and summarized,and the role of the pilot chief data officer system in the application of ecological environment data is further studied and discussed.
