土地整理与农村生态环境保护对策探究

On land consolidation and measures for rural ecological environment protection

从A村土地整理项目生态环境要素中选择8个生态环境影响指标,分析土地整理对农村生态环境的影响。研究发现,土地整理能够提高土地利用率,增加人均耕地面积,土壤的肥力得到提高,但对农村水环境、原有植被环境、土地资源可持续利用造成不良影响。基于绿色发展观与乡村振兴战略视域下提出将环境保护纳入土地整理目标,土地整理生态评估,减少建材使用等生态环境保护对策,期望缓解农村土地供需同时达到良好的农村生态保护效益。

Eight ecological environment impact indicators are selected from the ecological environment elements of the land consolidation project in village A to analyze the impact of Land consolidation on rural ecological environment.The study found that land consolidation can improve land utilization rate,increase the per capita cultivated land area,and improve the soil fertility.However,it has negative impacts on rural water environment,original vegetation environment,and sustainable utilization of land resources.Based on the green development concept and the rural revitalization strategy,this paper puts forward ecological environment protection measures such as incorporating environmental protection into the goal of land consolidation and the land consolidation ecological assessment,and reducing the use of building materials,in order to alleviate the supply and demand of rural land while achieving good rural ecological protection benefits.
