With the rapid development of hydraulic and environmental engineering projects,karst geological hazards have caused serious impacts on engineering safety and ecological environment.In this context,this paper comprehensively studies the techniques for prevention and control of karst geological hazards in hydraulic and environmental engineering projects.It summarizes the definitions,types and hazards of karst geological hazards,explores investigation,evaluation and prevention methods,and summarizes practical application experiences through case analysis.The study emphasizes the importance of scientific planning and comprehensive prevention and control in hydraulic and environmental engineering,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical experience,and promote engineering safety and sustainable development.
