摘要
为进一步优化南方马口鱼人工繁育技术,以雌鱼重30±3 g、雄鱼重50±3 g规格的南方马口鱼为试验对象,研究了不同催产激素组合对亲鱼催产及孵化效果的影响,并比较分析了产后护理对降低人工繁殖操作影响的效果。结果表明:南方马口鱼的最佳催产激素配伍为5μg/kg LRH-A_2+1 000 IU/kg HCG,催产率达到100%,受精率和孵化率分别为93.47%和91.17%;与2020年采用DOM+LRH-A_2的催产药物组合进行人工繁育的记录相比,2021年采用最佳催产激素配伍的雌鱼生产效率提升了53.2%,催产率、受精率和孵化率分别提升了10、7.0和4.3个百分点;与传统的产后护理相比,优化的产后护理有效降低了亲鱼的损耗,存活率提高了15.4个百分点,说明科学有效的产后护理措施将有助于促进亲鱼快速恢复体质,降低繁殖生产带来的应激损失。
In order to further optimize the artificial breeding technology of Opsariichthys uncirostris bidens Günther,this study took female fishes weighing 30±3g and male fishes weighing 50±3g as the test objects to study the effect of different oxytocin formulae on induced broodstock spawning and hatching,and to compare the effect of postpartum care on reducing the impact of artificial breeding operation.The test results showed that the best oxytocin formula of Opsariichthys uncirostris bidens Günther was 5μg/kg LRH-A2+1000 IU/kg HCG,under which the induced ovulation rate reached 100%,the fertilization rate and the hatching rate was 93.47%and 91.17%,respectively.Compared with the record of artificial breeding using DOM+LRH-A2 oxytocin formula in 2020,the reproductivity of female fishes using the best oxytocin formula in 2021 increased by 53.2%,and the induced ovulation rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate increased by 10,7.0 and 4.3 percentage points,respectively.Compared with the traditional postpartum care measures,the optimized postpartum care measure effectively reduced the loss of postpartum broodstocks,and increased the survival rate by 15.4 percentage points.It shows that scientific and effective postpartum care measures will help broodstocks recover rapidly and reduce the stress reaction loss caused by artificial propagation.
