摘要
为了探讨湖南不同浓香型烟区间烟叶品质的差异,以衡阳、郴州、长沙、永州、邵阳等浓香型烟区的120份上部烟叶(B2F)样品为材料,对其外观质量、化学成分、感官质量等指标进行了比较分析,结果表明:湖南浓香型烟区的上部烟叶,整体外观质量以永州和邵阳烟区的较好,衡阳与郴州烟区的适中,长沙烟区的稍次;主要化学成分指标均在适宜范围内;评吸质量各具特色;郴州烟区的上部烟叶14.3%可用来制作高档主料烟,其余4个烟区该档次比例均为0;衡阳烟区的上部烟叶用于制作主料烟的比例最高,为33.3%;长沙烟区的上部烟叶100%用于制作辅料烟;衡阳烟区的上部烟叶用于制作填充料烟的比例在5个烟区中也是最高的,达66.7%。
In order to explore differences in tobacco quality between different strong aroma type tobacco growing regions in Hunan,120 upper tobacco samples(B2F)from Hengyang,Chenzhou,Changsha,Yongzhou and Shaoyang were used as materials for evaluation and comparative analysis of their appearance quality,chemical composition,and sensory quality.The results showed that the overall appearance quality of the upper leaves from Yongzhou and Shaoyang areas was better,from Hengyang and Chenzhou areas was moderate,from Changsha area was slightly inferior;the main chemical composition indicators were all within the appropriate range;the characteristics of sensory quality varied between areas;14.3%of the upper tobacco leaves from Chenzhou area can be used to produce high-end main ingredient tobacco,while the proportion of this grade in the other four areas is 0;the proportion of upper tobacco leaves used for making main ingredient tobacco is the highest in Hengyang area,up to 33.3%;100%of the upper tobacco leaves from Changsha area are used for making auxiliary tobacco;the proportion of upper tobacco leaves used for making filler tobacco in Hengyang area is also the highest among the five tobacco regions,reaching 66.7%.
