化学衍生化技术在兽药残留检测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着现代化畜牧业的飞速发展,不合理用药导致畜禽产品的兽药残留超标,对消费者的健康和环境构成了威胁,因此发展兽药残留检测技术有重要意义。因兽药种类繁多,部分兽药的极性高、分子量小、无生色基团、性质不稳定,通过常规色谱法无法有效对其测定。利用化学衍生化技术将待测物质与特定衍生化试剂反应,从而改变待测物的理化性质,使其可被检测或增加灵敏度,是解决这一困境的常用方法。论文主要从衍生化试剂、技术类型介绍化学衍生化技术,以及该技术在兽药残留分析中的应用及其研究进展。 With the rapid development of modern animal husbandry,the unreasonable use of drugs leads to excessive veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry products,posing a threat to consumer health and the environment,so the development of veterinary drug residue detection technology is of great significance.Because of the wide variety of veterinary drugs,some of them have high polarity,small molecular weight,no color-generating groups,and unstable nature,which cannot be effectively determined by conventional chromatographic methods.The use of chemical derivatization techniques to react the substances to be measured with specific derivatization reagents,thus changing the physicochemical properties of the substances to be measured and making them detectable or increasing their sensitivity,is a common method to solve this dilemma.This paper introduces the chemical derivatization technique in terms of derivatization reagents,types of techniques,and the application of this technique in veterinary drug residue analysis and its research progress.
