蔬菜废弃物现状调查及对策研究--以三门峡市陕州区为例

Investigation and countermeasure research on the current situation of vegetable waste--Taking Shaan Zhou district of Sanmenxia City as an example

蔬菜废弃物(尾菜)如不妥善收集和处理,不但占用土地、影响交通,造成资源浪费,还会产生环境污染和卫生问题,对人们生活生产造成不良影响。以三门峡陕州区为例,通过实地考察、问卷调查等方式深入了解目前果蔬市场存在的果蔬废弃物的产生季节、占有量、地理特点及危害,通过资料分析,综合了解全国各地对该废弃物的处理方法和技术,根据种植基地的具体情况筛选出适合当地的蔬菜废弃物处理办法,因地制宜选择适宜本地市场的果蔬无公害化处理方法及资源回收再利用途径,实现助理生态文明建设和绿色农业健康发展。

If vegetable waste is not properly collected and treated,it not only occupies land,affects transportation,causes resource waste,but also causes environmental pollution and hygiene problems,which have a negative impact on people's daily life and production.Taking Shanzhou District of Sanmenxia as an example,this study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the season,occupation,geographical characteristics,and hazards of fruit and vegetable waste in the current fruit and vegetable market through field investigations,questionnaire surveys,and other methods.Through data analysis,this study aims to comprehensively understand the treatment methods and technologies for this waste in various parts of the country,and to select suitable vegetable waste treatment methods based on the specific conditions of the planting base,Make pollution-free treatment methods of fruits and vegetables and resource recovery and reuse approaches suitable for the local market according to local conditions,so as to realize the construction of assistant ecological civilization and the healthy development of green agriculture.
