热处理车间设备管理系统开发及应用

Development and application of equipment management system for heat treatment workshop

针对目前热处理车间设备管理方式落后及生产流程追溯难的问题,基于智能数字化技术,设计了热处理车间设备管理系统的基本架构。通过建立车间数字化模型,采集实时数据,更新设备状态并存储相关信息,完成了对热处理车间设备状态的全面监控、管理和分析。设计了车间的作业批次曲线分析对比方案,实现了车间产品的质量分析与异常追溯。将开发的设备管理系统应用于某热处理车间,实现了热处理车间的智能化和数字化管理,对应用过程中出现的问题及关键技术进行了分析并提出了建议。

To address the outdated equipment management methods and challenges of traceability in production processes in heat treatment workshops,the basic architecture for the equipment management system in the heat treatment workshop was designed based on the intelligent digital technology.The comprehensive monitoring,management,and analysis of the equipment status of the heat treatment workshop was accomplished by establishing a digital model of the workshop,collecting real-time data,updating the equipment status and storing relevant information.A comparative curve analysis scheme for batches of operations in the workshop was designed,enabling quality analysis and abnormal traceability of the workshop′s products.The developed equipment management system was applied to a heat treatment workshop,realizing its intelligent and digital management of this workshop.This paper also analyzed the problems and key technologies in the application process and offered suggestions.
