硅PN结数字温度计在天然气计量中的适用性评价

摘要 随着工业发展,传感器技术与通信技术高度融合的数字仪表已广泛使用于天然气行业,硅PN结数字温度计从20世纪发展至今,其应用效果已取得行业的广泛认可,但在天然气计量的温度测量中使用较少。为分析验证硅PN结数字温度计在天然气计量中的适用性,在实验室对硅PN结数字温度计开展多种计量性能测试,并与传统铂热电阻温度计进行比对,同时在现场工况条件下进行实际应用测试。结果表明:硅PN结数字温度计的计量性能在一定领域优于传统铂热电阻温度计,稳定性良好,但其响应速度略慢,现场稳定性良好,综合性能可适用于天然气计量的温度测量。 With the development of industry,digital instruments with high integration of sensor technology and communication technology have been widely used in the natural gas industry.Silicon PN junction digital thermometer has been developed since the 20th century,and its application effect has been recognized by the majority of industries,but it is rarely used in the temperature measurement of natural gas measure.In order to analyze and verify the applicability of silicon PN junction digital thermometer in natural gas measurement,a variety of measurement performance tests of silicon PN junction digital thermometer were carried out in the laboratory and were compared with the traditional platinum thermal resistance thermometer.At the same time,practical application tests were carried out in the field working conditions.The results show that the silicon PN junction digital thermometer has better measuring performance than the traditional platinum thermal resistance thermometer in some fields,with good stability,but with slightly slow response speed.And the field stability is good,and the comprehensive performance can be applied to the temperature measurement of natural gas measurement.
