摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱法测定建水陶土矿中SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2),以无水四硼酸锂作熔剂,硝酸铵为氧化剂,碘化钾为脱模剂。在高频熔样机上于1050℃熔融,制成玻璃片,使用标准曲线对谱线重叠干扰和基体效应进行校正,建立XRF测定建水陶土矿中Fe_(2)O_(3)、SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)的分析方法。该方法经标准样品和检测样品外部比对结果验证,其结果准确,可靠,方法快速、简便。
In this paper,the SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3)and TiO_(2)contents in Jianshui clay ore were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.Anhydrous lithium tetraborate was used as flux,ammonium nitrate was used as oxidant and potassium iodide was used as release agent.The glass sheet was prepared by melting at 1050℃on the high frequency melting prototype,andthe standard curve was used to correct the spectral overlap interference and matrix effect,so that the analysis method of XRF for the determination of SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)in Jianshui clay ore was established.The method is rapid and simple,andhas been verified by external comparison of standard sample and test sample,the result of which is accurate and reliable.
