基于线激光传感器的T型焊件焊缝检测及误差修正

摘要 为了提高T型焊件焊缝检测的精度,提出了一种基于线激光传感器的检测方法,并分析了该方法下的主要误差来源。首先,通过线激光传感器边缘偏差修正方法实现腹板边缘误差的修正,再针对面板上偏移和丢失的激光点,提出一种基于稳健最小二乘法的修正算法,实现偏移点的剔除和丢失点的补偿。以焊缝宽度为0.800 mm的T型焊件作为实验对象,经修正后的激光点数据,在15°和20°入射角度下,测量误差分别降低了4倍和2.5倍,测量误差最小达0.005 mm,在确保了检测效率的同时也提高了测量精度。 In order to improve the accuracy of T-type weldment weld detection,a detection method based on line laser sensor is proposed,and the main error sources under this method are analyzed.Firstly,the edge error of the web is corrected by the edge deviation correction method of the line laser sensor,and then for the offset and lost laser points on the panel,a correction algorithm based on the robust least square method is proposed to eliminate the offset points and compensate the lost points.Taking the T-weldment with weld width of 0.800 mm as the experimental object,the measurement error of the corrected laser point data is reduced by 4 times and 2.5 times respectively at the incident Angle of 15°and 20°,and the minimum measurement error is up to 0.005 mm,which not only ensures the detection efficiency but also improves the measurement accuracy.
