摘要
激光偏振成像仪受到多种因素的影响,测量结果会出现一定的误差。为了减少激光偏振成像仪的测试误差,改善激光偏振成像仪的测量结果,提出了基于大数据分析的激光偏振成像仪测量误差控制方法。首先采集激光偏振成像仪的测量初始数据,对数据进行预处理,去除一些冗余数据与异常数据;然后采用大数据分析技术设计激光偏振成像仪测量误差预测模型,并根据预测结果对激光偏振成像仪测量误差进行控制;最后进行了仿真实验,结果表明本方法能够将激光偏振成像仪的测量误差降低到0.05 nm以下,可显著提升成像效果。
Laser polarization imagers are affected by many factors,and the measurement results will have certain errors.In order to reduce the measurement error of laser polarization imager and improve the measurement results of laser polarization imager,a measurement error control method of laser polarization imager based on big data analysis is proposed.Firstly,the initial measurement data of the laser polarization imager is collected and preprocessed to remove some redundant and abnormal data.Then big data analysis technology is used to design the measurement error prediction model of the laser polarization imager,and the measurement error of the laser polarization imager is controlled according to the prediction results.Finally,simulation experiments are carried out.The results show that the measurement error of the laser polarization imager can be reduced to less than 0.05 nm,which can significantly improve the imaging effect.
