摘要 随着城市的快速扩张,城市用地愈发紧缺,高强度开发的项目与高密度城市中苛刻的建设条件之间的矛盾愈发凸显。文章从建筑对场地限制的适应性、与周围建筑的相容性和被动式节能设计出发,分析南宁九洲国际大厦场地的限制条件,总结了建筑的应对策略,这是高密度城市中超高层设计的一次创新的尝试,以期对超高层建筑设计提供借鉴。 With the rapid expansion of cities,the shortage of urban land has become increasingly prominent,and the contradiction between high-intensity development projects and the harsh construction conditions in high-density cities has become increasingly prominent.Starting from the building's adaptability to site constraints,compatibility with surrounding buildings,and green energy-saving design,the paper analyzes the site constraints of Nanning Jiuzhou International Building,and summarizes the building's coping strategies.It is an innovative attempt,in order to provide reference for the design of super high-rise buildings.
