TOD项目在低碳转型中的国际经验及本土实践——以广州赤沙车辆段场站综合体项目为例

International Experience and Local Practice of TOD Project in Low-carbon Transition:A Case Study of Guangzhou Chisha Subway Depot Project

在碳中和背景下,TOD项目步入了低碳开发的新时代。但国内从TOD角度探讨“减碳增汇”的研究与实践较少,将“双碳”目标融入TOD项目中还需要规划师做出积极响应。文章结合广州赤沙车辆段场站综合体项目,从强调用地功能混合减少交通出行距离、增加立体绿化、提出深入利用清洁能源等方面,构建TOD项目的低碳转型路径。

In the context of carbon neutrality,the TOD project has entered a new era of low-carbon development.However,there are few researches and practices on"carbon reduction and sink increase"from the perspective of TOD in China,and planners still need to make positive responses to integrate"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals"into TOD projects.Combining with the complex project of Chisha subway depot in Guangzhou,this paper constructs a low-carbon transformation path of TOD project from the aspects of emphasizing land function mix to reduce traffic travel distance,increasing three-dimensional greening,and further utilizing clean energy.
