福建省自然保护地体系发展路径与构建导向研究

Research on the Development Path and Construction Orientation of Protected Area System in Fujian Province

福建省自然保护地经过六十余年的发展和完善,在生态安全建设中发挥了重要作用,但也存在保护空缺、空间重叠且连通性不足、保护力度、管理效能和生态产品供给不足等问题。文章梳理了福建省自然保护地历史脉络、建设现状,解读其类型、数量、自然地理分布和空间分布特征,并从规划发展目标和生态安全格局两个导向,提出优化空间、研判指标、构建保护体系网络等对策与建议。

After more than 60 years of development and improvement,Fujian Province has played an important role in ecological security construction,but there are still some problems,such as protection vacancy,spatial overlap and lack of connectivity,protection intensity,management efficiency and insufficient supply of ecological products.The historical context and construction status of natural protected areas in Fujian Province were studied,and the types,quantity,natural geographical distribution and spatial distribution characteristics were interpreted.Based on the two directions of planning development goals and ecological security pattern,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as optimizing space,studying indicators and constructing protection system network.
