工程组织管理视角下小城镇环境可持续更新策略

Strategy of Environmental Sustainable Renewal in Small Towns from the Perspective of Engineering Organization and Management

“微改造、精提升”背景对小城镇建成环境的更新提出了更高要求,如何实现小城镇建成环境更新从阶段性向可持续性转型成为值得讨论的问题。文章以新昌县儒岙镇为例,基于工程组织管理视角,探讨了小城镇建成环境可持续更新的策略。(1)首先通过对小城镇建成环境解构与类型识别,提出不同类型小城镇建成环境可持续更新的治理模式。(2)其次创新性地提出了全民参与式的小城镇建成环境主动性更新策略,通过智慧化平台以期实现工程组织流程的优化,并结合新型更新策略提出了一系列建议。

The background of"micro-transformation and fine improvement"puts forward higher requirements for the renewal of the built environment of small towns.How to realize the transformation of the built environment renewal of small towns from stage to sustainable has become a problem worth discussing.Taking Ru'ao Town of Xinchang County as an example,based on the perspective of engineering organization management,this paper discusses the strategy of sustainable renewal of built environment of small town.(1)Firstly,through deconstruction and type identification of the built environment of small towns,the governance model of sustainable renewal of the built environment of different types of small towns is proposed.(2)Secondly,it innovatively puts forward the initiative renewal strategy of the built environment of small towns with the participation of the whole people,and aims to optimize the engineering organization process through the intelligent platform.Combined with the new renewal strategy,it puts forward a series of suggestions.
