膀胱测压技术应用于产后尿潴留患者拔管时机的效果评估

Effect of Bladder Manometry on the Timing of Extubation in Patients with Postpartum Urinary Retention

目的:探讨膀胱测压技术应用于产后尿潴留患者拔管时机的效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年8月广东省陆丰市人民医院产科收治的产后尿潴留患者28例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各14例。对照组应用诱导排尿法,研究组在诱导排尿基础上应用膀胱测压技术。比较两组患者排尿情况、残余尿量、膀胱尿量。结果:研究组开始自主排尿时间短于对照组,初次尿量高于对照组,重置导管、尿路感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组残余尿量低于对照组,膀胱尿量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:应用膀胱测压技术能够有效减少产后尿潴留患者残余尿量,提升膀胱尿量,有效减轻患者痛苦,降低重置尿管、尿路感染情况,有助于产后康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of bladder manometry on the timing of extubation in patients with postpartum urinary retention.Methods:Twenty-eight patients with postpartum urinary retention admitted to the department of obstetrics of Guangdong Province Lufeng People's Hospital from November 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with fourteen cases in each group.The control group was subjected to induced urination,and the study group was subjected to bladder manometry based on induced urination.Urinary status,residual urine volume and bladder urine volume were compared between the two groups.Results:The first time of spontaneous urination in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the first urine volume was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of catheter replacement and urinary tract infection was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the residual urine volume of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the bladder urine volume was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of bladder manometry technology can effectively reduce the residual urine volume of patients with postpartum urinary retention,increase the bladder urine volume,effectively reduce the pain of patients,reduce the replacement of urinary tube and urinary tract infection,and contribute to postpartum rehabilitation.
