苯溴马隆联合别嘌呤醇治疗痛风稳定期的效果

Benzbromarone Combined with Allopurinol in the Treatment of Gout in Stable Stage

目的:分析苯溴马隆联合别嘌呤醇治疗痛风稳定期的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年2月湖北省丹江口市第一医院收治的痛风稳定期患者80例作为观察对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予别嘌呤醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予苯溴马隆治疗。比较两组患者血尿酸(BUA)、肌酐(Cr)、血小板计数(PLT)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平,不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者BUA、Cr、PLT、WBC水平均降低,观察组水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在痛风稳定期,对患者实施苯溴马隆联合别嘌呤醇治疗具有较为积极的治疗效果,可改善患者的临床指标,且具有安全性。

Objective:To analyze the effect of benzbromarone combined with allopurinol in the treatment of gout in stable stage.Methods:Eighty cases of patients with gout in stable stage admitted to Hubei Danjiangkou First Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of forty cases each according to the method of random number table.The control group was given allopurinol treatment,and the observation group was given benzbromarone treatment on the basis of the control group.The levels of blood uric acid(BUA),creatinine(Cr),platelet count(PLT),white blood cell count(WBC),and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,BUA、Cr、PLT and WBC levels decreased the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the stable period of gout,the implementation of benzbromarone combined with allopurinol treatment has a more positive therapeutic effect,can improve the clinical indicators of patients,and has the safety.
