比较经皮微创及开放式椎弓根钉内固定治疗脊椎骨折的疗效

Comparison of the Efficacy of Percutaneous Minimally Invasive and Open Pedicle Root Nail Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Vertebral Fractures

目的:探讨经皮微创与开放式椎弓根钉内固定治疗脊椎骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月—2022年12月于滨州市中心医院行经皮微创与开放式椎弓根钉内固定治疗的脊椎骨折患者60例临床资料,根据手术方式不同分为经皮微创组(给予经皮微创椎弓根内固定治疗)与开放式组(给予开放式椎弓根钉内固定治疗),各30例。比较两组患者临床指标及术后并发症改善情况。结果:经皮微创组手术时间、住院时间均短于开放式组,术中出血量少于开放式组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);经皮微创组治疗总有效率高于开放式组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脊椎骨折接受经皮微创椎弓根内固定治疗的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均优于开放式椎弓根钉内固定治疗,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous minimally invasive and open pedicle root nail internal fixation for the treatment of vertebral fracture.Methods:Sixty cases of patients with vertebral fracture treated with percutaneous minimally invasive and open pedicle root nail internal fixation in Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into percutaneous minimally invasive group(percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle root internal fixation)and open group(open pedicle root nail internal fixation)according to the different surgical modalities,with thirty cases in each group.The clinical indexes and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and hospitalization time of the percutaneous minimally invasive group were shorter than those of the open group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the open group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.001);The total effective rate of treatment in the percutaneous minimally invasive group was higher than that in the open group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);Comparison of complication rates between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,and hospitalization time of vertebral fracture receiving percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle root internal fixation are better than that of open pedicle root nail internal fixation,which has high clinical application value.
