Therapeutic Effect of Rehabilitation Training Path on Motor System Symptoms of Parkinson's Disease

目的:分析对帕金森病患者使用康复训练路径的治疗作用。方法:选取2020年11月—2021年11月北京市仁和医院神内科收治的帕金森病患者86例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予康复训练路径干预。比较两组患者运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer,FMA)评分、日常生活评定量表(ADL)评分及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果:康复治疗后,观察组FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);康复治疗后,观察组ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);康复治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:帕金森病患者使用康复训练路径的治疗效果显著,可改善患者生活能力,提高患者运动能力。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of rehabilitation training path on Parkinson’s patients.Methods:86 Parkinson's patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of Beijing Renhe Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the observation subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given rehabilitation training path intervention on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer(FMA)score,the Daily Living Assessment Scale(ADL)score,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After rehabilitation treatment,the FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After rehabilitation treatment,the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After rehabilitation treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of rehabilitation training path for Parkinson's patients is significant,which can improve the patient's living ability and improve the patient's exercise ability.
