常规治疗联合穴位贴敷治疗高血压的临床研究

Clinical Study on Conventional Treatment Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的:探究常规治疗联合穴位敷贴治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2021年8月六盘水市水城区人民医院收治的高血压患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予常规治疗联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血压水平、睡眠质量、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较高于对照组,差异有统计学意(P=0.023);治疗后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压水平均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上应用穴位敷贴治疗高血压,可提升治疗效果,降低患者血压水平,改善其睡眠质量,安全性良好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of conventional treatment combined with acupoint application in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:80 patients with hypertension admitted to Liupanshui Shuicheng District People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given conventional treatment combined with acupoint application.The treatment effects,blood pressure levels,sleep quality,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:Applying acupoint application on the basis of conventional treatment to treat hypertension can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce patients'blood pressure levels,improve their sleep quality,and is safe.
