通络祛痛膏外敷配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

Clinical observation on external application of Tongluo Qutong Ointment combined with traction in treatment of cervical radiculopathy

目的:分析通络祛痛膏外敷配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月烟台市蓬莱区北沟卫生院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者100例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予牵引治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予通络祛痛膏外敷治疗。比较两组患者疼痛强度[视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS评分)]、中医证候疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组均未出现治疗相关的不良反应。结论:在牵引治疗基础上配合通络祛痛膏外敷治疗神经根型颈椎病操作便捷,疗效显著,可改善患者疼痛情况,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of external application of Tongluo Qutong ointment combined with traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:100 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to Yantai City Penglai District Beigou Health Center from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the observation subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given traction treatment,and the observation group was given external application treatment of Tongluo Qutong Ointment on the basis of the control group.The pain intensity[visual analog pain scale(VAS score)],efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);There were no treatment related adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:On the basis of traction treatment,combined with external application of Tongluo Qutong Cream,the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is easy to operate,has significant curative effect,can improve the patient's pain,and is highly safe.
