规范化围术期护理对切开复位钛钢板内固定治疗的跟骨骨折患者的影响

Effect of Standardized Perioperative Care on Patients with Calcaneal Fractures Treated with Open Reduction and Titanium Plate Internal Fixation

目的:分析跟骨骨折患者接受切开复位钛钢板内固定治疗期间开展规范化围术期护理的价值。方法:选取2019年9月—2022年9月鱼台县人民医院外科收治的行切开复位钛钢板内固定治疗的跟骨骨折患者30例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各15例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予规范化围术期护理。比较两组踝关节及膝关节功能、手术效果、术后并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组Philips踝关节评分、HSS膝关节评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。结论:在跟骨骨折患者接受切开复位钛钢板内固定治疗期间,对其开展规范化围术期护理可以保证良好临床效果,促进膝关节及踝关节功能恢复,降低术后并发症发生风险。

Objective:To analyze the value of standardized perioperative care in patients with calcaneal fractures undergoing open reduction and internal fixation with titanium plates.Methods:Thirty patients with calcaneal fractures who underwent open reduction and internal fixation with titanium steel plates and were admitted to the Department of Surgery of Shandong Province Jining City Yutai County People's Hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given standardized perioperative care.The ankle joint and knee joint functions,surgical effects,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the Philips ankle joint score and HSS knee joint score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).Conclusion:When patients with calcaneal fractures undergo open reduction and internal fixation with titanium plates,standardized perioperative care can ensure good clinical results,promote functional recovery of the knee and ankle joints,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
