人性化护理模式在妇产科手术室护理中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Humanized Nursing Model in Obstetrics and Gynecology Operating Room Nursing

目的:探究在妇产科手术室护理中应用人性化护理模式的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年12月铜仁市妇幼保健院收治的妇产科手术室护理患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行常规手术室护理,观察组行手术室人性化护理。比较两组患者心理状态、护理评分、不良事件发生率。结果:观察组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。结论:在妇产科手术室护理中实施人性化护理模式,能降低术中不良事件发生率,改善患者心理状态,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of applying humanized nursing model in obstetrics and gynecology operating room nursing.Methods:80 cases of nursing patients in the obstetrics and gynecology operating room admitted to Tongren Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group received humanized operating room nursing.Compare the psychological status,nursing scores,and incidence of adverse events between the two groups of patients.Results:The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).Conclusion:Implementing a humanized nursing model in obstetrics and gynecology operating room nursing can reduce the incidence of intraoperative adverse events,improve patients'psychological state,and increase nursing satisfaction.
