摘要
为提高精密球体的加工精度与加工效率,针对传统立式研球机的机械结构及加工特点,面向批量加工,设计了一种新型料盘外置式立式研球机。通过分析球体加工的运动原理,采用组合创新的方法,确定了新型研球机的总体机械结构,实现了总体方案的创新;根据新型研球机的总体结构方案,对其关键零部件进行了分析与设计;基于对球体几何运动的分析,采用数值仿真技术,对球面加工轨迹进行了仿真分析,结果显示,采用新型研球机研磨板对球体进行研磨加工,可以使球体表面研磨迹线的分布更加均匀。通过对机床总体结构方案及关键零部件的设计与分析,实现了研球机的创新设计。
In order to improve the machining accuracy and efficiency of precision ball,a new type of vertical ball lapping ma-chine with external plate was designed for mass processing according to the mechanical structure and processing characteristics of traditional vertical ball lapping machine.By analyzing the motion principle of ball machining,the overall mechanical structure of the new type ball lapping machine was determined by using the method of combinatorial innovation,and the innovation of the overall scheme was realized.According to the overall structure of the new type ball lapping machine,the key parts are analyzed and designed.Based on the analysis of the geometric motion of the sphere and using the numerical imitation technology,the spherical machining trajectory was simulated and analyzed.The results show that the distribution of the lapping trajectory on the sphere surface can be more uniform by using the new grinding plate of the ball lapping machine to grind the sphere.Through the design and analysis of the overall structure and key components of the machine,the innovation design of the ball lapping ma-chine was realized.
