摘要 基于Abaqus有限元仿真软件建立三维车削仿真模型,采用单因素法,研究PCD刀具精车钛合金Ti6Al4V工件时刀具参数对切削力、刀尖温度的影响,并对PCD刀具前角、后角以及刀尖圆弧半径等主要刀具参数进行正交试验,采用灰色关联理论对切削力、刀尖温度进行综合评价,得到优化刀具参数组合为前角γ=12°、后角α=7°和刀尖圆弧半径r=0.6mm。结果表明:用灰色关联理论优化后得到的刀具参数能够有效地降低切削力、切削温度,保证刀具的使用寿命和加工精度,提高加工效率。 Based on ABAQUS finite element simulation software,a three-dimensional turning simulation model was estab-lished.The single factor method was used to study the influence of tool parameters on cutting force and tool tip temperature when PCD tool was used to finish turning titanium alloy Ti6Al4V workpiece.The main tool parameters such as rake angle,rake angle and tool tip arc radius of PCD tool were orthogonal tested,and the cutting force and tool tip temperature were comprehensively evaluated by grey correlation theory The optimized tool parameters are as follows:rake angleγ=12°,rake angleα=7°and tool tip arc radius r=0.6mm.The results show that the tool parameters optimized by grey correlation theory can effectively reduce the cutting force and cutting temperature,ensure the tool life and machining accuracy,and improve the machining efficiency.
