钢坯快速标示设备的设计与动力学仿真

摘要 为了满足钢厂对钢坯标示快速、清晰且内容量大的要求,将广泛应用于轻工行业的激光标示技术应用到钢坯标示中,设计了一种新型钢坯快速标示设备,该设备中上箱体及其标示机构能够在短时内实现测距、喷底漆、标示、扫码四种功能。使用SolidWorks建立了钢坯快速标示设备的三维仿真模型。由于上箱体要在往复高变速运动下完成动作,上箱体内的标示机构将承受很大的动载荷,上箱体运动到标示位置对钢坯进行标示时标示机构的瞬态响应会影响标示的清晰,采用ANSYS Workbench对上箱体进行了动力学分析,包括预应力模态分析和瞬态动力学分析。预应力模态分析上箱体框架结构得出了前6阶模态固有频率和振型,为机构避免共振提供依据。瞬态动力学分析探究了移动上箱体及其标示机构在运动到标示位置时的应力和Z向变形。结果显示,设备在往复高变速工作过程中强度和刚度能够满足设计要求,标示机构的变形在标示精度容许的误差内,保证了标示精度,完成了设备的设计制造及现场调试,获得了用户的肯定。 In order to meet the requirements of steel billet marking fast,clear and large capacity,laser marking technology,which is widely used in light industry,is applied to marking billet,a new type of billet rapid marking equipment is designed,the upper box and its marking mechanism can achieve four functions in a short time:ranging,primer spraying,marking and code scanning.The 3D simulation model of billet rapid marking equipment is established with SolidWorks.Since the upper box has to complete the action under the reciprocating high and variable speed motion,the marking mechanism in the upper box will bear a great dynamic load,when the upper box moves to the marking position to mark the billet,the transient response of the marking mechanism will affect the clarity of marking,ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct dynamic analysis of the upper box body,in-cluding prestressed modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis.The natural frequencies and modes of the first 6 modal are ob-tained by the analysis of prestressing modes,it provides the basis for the mechanism to avoid resonance.Transient dynamic analy-sis explores the stress and Z-direction deformation of the upper moving box and its marking mechanism when they move to the marking position.According to the results,the strength and stiffness of the equipment can meet the design requirements in the pro-cess of reciprocating high speed change,the deformation of the marking mechanism is within the allowable error of the marking accuracy,the accuracy of marking is guaranteed,completed the design and manufacture of equipment and on-site commission-ing,equipment has been the user's affirmation.
