有载调压变压器分接开关重瓦斯跳闸故障诊断方法

Fault Diagnosis Method for Heavy Gas Tripping of Tap Changer in On-Load Voltage Regulating Transformer

常规的有载调压变压器分接开关重瓦斯跳闸故障诊断方法主要使用希尔伯特-黄变换(Hilbert-Huang Transform,HHT)获取三维Hilbert能量谱,提取跳闸故障特征指标,易受诊断嵌入维数影响,导致提取的故障特征信号与实际故障信号偏差较大。因此,需要设计一种全新的有载调压变压器分接开关重瓦斯跳闸故障诊断方法。结合有载分接开关故障原理,组装变压器分接开关故障诊断中心,提取有载调压变压器分接开关重瓦斯跳闸故障信号,设计分接开关跳闸故障诊断算法,实现了有载调压变压器分接开关重瓦斯跳闸故障诊断。实验结果表明,设计的有载调压变压器分接开关重瓦斯跳闸故障诊断方法,提取的故障特征信号与实际故障特征信号较拟合,证明了设计的故障诊断方法的诊断效果较好,具有准确性,提高了有载调压变压器运行可靠性,有一定的应用价值。

The conventional method for diagnosing heavy gas tripping faults in on load tap changer transformers mainly uses Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT)to obtain three-dimensional Hilbert energy spectra and extract tripping fault feature indicators,which are easily affected by the diagnostic embedding dimension,resulting in a significant deviation between the extracted fault feature signals and the actual fault signals.Therefore,it is necessary to design a new method for diagnosing the heavy gas tripping fault of the tap changer of the on load voltage regulating transformer.Based on the principle of on load tap changer faults,a transformer tap changer fault diagnosis center was assembled,and the heavy gas trip fault signal of the on load tap changer was extracted.A tap changer trip fault diagnosis algorithm was designed,and the heavy gas trip fault diagnosis of the on load tap changer tap changer was achieved.The experimental results show that the designed method for diagnosing the heavy gas tripping fault of the tap changer of the on load voltage regulating transformer is able to extract fault characteristic signals that fit well with the actual fault characteristic signals.This proves that the designed fault diagnosis method has good diagnostic effect,accuracy,improving the operational reliability of the on load voltage regulating transformer,and certain practical value.
