基于机器视觉的指针式仪表读表方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对指针式仪表读数方法受限于仪表类型多样、环境复杂、表盘及指针检测困难、读表精度不高的问题,提出一种基于机器视觉的指针式仪表读表方法。首先,由数据采集设备获取高质量的图像,并且通过图像预处理减少干扰。其次,利用Hough直线检测及Hough圆检测方法,检测指针所在直线和旋转中心,此外,对不同类型的指针采用交点法与距离法确定仪表指针指向,并通过几何关系计算指针偏转角度。最后,根据比例法得到仪表读数。实验结果表明,该方法具有算法简单、精度高、速度快的特点,具备实际部署应用的条件。 Aiming at the problem that the pointer meter reading method is limited by the variety of meter types,the complex environment,the difficulty of dial and pointer detection,and the low meter reading accuracy,a pointer meter reading method based on machine vision is proposed.First of all,High-quality images are acquired by the data acquisition equipment,and interference is reduced by image preprocessing.Secondly,Hough line detection and Hough circle detection methods are used to detect the line and the rotation center of the pointer.In addition,the intersection method and distance method are used for different types of pointers to determine the pointer pointing,and the deflection angle of the pointer is calculated through the geometric relationship.Finally,the meter reading will be obtained by using the Proportional method.The experimental results show that the method has the characteristics of simple algorithm,high precision and faster speed,and it has the conditions for actual deployment and application.
