计及需求侧资源和碳捕集的电网低碳经济调度

摘要 在碳交易环境下,提出一种计及需求侧资源中电动汽车、需求响应与碳捕集设备联合调度运行模型。首先分析需求侧资源、碳捕集设备、碳交易机制、碳排放配额调度实现机制;其次,以常规机组发电、碳捕集机组发电、需求侧资源调度、弃风成本、碳交易综合成本最优为目标,构建低碳经济调度模型;最后,在IEEE 33节点系统进行仿真验证,结果证明所提调度方法有效,能够降低CO 2排放量并改善电网综合成本。 In the carbon trading environment,a joint scheduling operation model of electric vehicles,demand response and carbon capture equipment was proposed.Firstly,the demand-side resources,carbon capture equipment,carbon trading mechanism,and carbon emission quota scheduling implementation mechanism were analyzed.Secondly,a low-carbon economic dispatching model was constructed with the goal of optimizing the power generation of conventional units,carbon capture unit power generation,demand-side resource scheduling,wind curtailment cost,and carbon trading comprehensive cost.Finally,the simulation verification was carried out in the IEEE 33-node system.The results proved that the proposed dispatching method was effective,which could reduce CO 2 emissions and improve the overall cost of the power grid.
