摘要
直流换流站具有占地面积大、巡视任务点较多、人员作业风险较高等特点。传统人工巡视方式存在较多弊端,一方面仅通过人工巡视难以完成巡视内容的全覆盖,另一方面不同巡检人员的工作质量也存在差异,难以保证巡视工作百分百到位,此外传统人工巡视还存在一些固有缺陷,如安全风险、劳动强度大、检测效率低等,因此人工巡视可能会对换流站的安全稳定运行埋下隐患。在换流站部署远程智能巡视系统,能够实现换流变全天候、全方位、全自主智能巡检和监控,以全自主的检测运行模式逐步代替传统的人工巡检,减少运行人员的工作量,并提升换流变运行的可靠性和安全性。对于直流换流站,配置远程智能巡视系统具有十分重要的意义。
The DC converter station has the characteristics of a large area,many inspection task points,and high risk of personnel operation.There are many disadvantages for the traditional manual inspection method.On the one hand,it is difficult to complete the full coverage of the inspection content only through manual inspection.On the other hand,there are also some inherent defects,such as safety risks,high labor intensity,and low detection efficiency.Therefore,manual inspection may bury hidden dangers to the safe and stable operation of the converter station.Deploying a remote intelligent inspection system in the converter station can realize all-weather,all-round,fully autonomous intelligent inspection and monitoring of the converter transformer,and gradually replace the traditional manual inspection with a fully autonomous detection operation mode,reducing the workload of operating personnel and improving the reliability and safety of converter operation.With respect to DC converter stations,it is of great significance to configure a remote intelligent inspection system.
