融合基层计量现场业务的低压计量箱精益化管理体系搭建与实践 被引量:2

摘要 电能计量管理工作的好坏对电力企业经济效益及社会形象有重大影响,如何解决低压计量箱资产信息缺失、闭环管理流程缺少等计量管理症结是电力企业亟需解决的问题。庆阳供电公司以“台账化管理、设备化运维、状态化评价”的思路为核心,结合低压计量箱全寿命周期管理微信小程序及低压计量箱全寿命周期管理监控平台,构建融合基层计量现场业务的低压计量箱精益化管理体系,实现了低压计量箱计量现场便捷核查、实时整改以及全寿命周期监控管理。在庆阳供电公司的计量业务实践过程中,该系统及时解决了基层计量业务实际工作中的难点及痛点问题,推进了计量设备的精细化管理。 The quality of electric energy measurement management has a significant impact on the economic benefits and social image of electric power enterprises.How to solve the measurement management problems such as the lack of asset information of low-voltage measurement boxes and the lack of closed-loop management processes is an urgent problem for electric power enterprises to solve.Qingyang Power Supply Company takes the idea of"account-based management,equipment-based operation and maintenance,and status-based evaluation"as the core,combines the WeChat applet of low-voltage metering box life cycle management and the monitoring platform of low-voltage metering box life cycle management,and builds a lean management system of low-voltage metering box that integrates grass-roots metering field business.It has realized convenient on-site verification and real-time rectification of the low-voltage metering box,and realized the life-cycle monitoring and management of the low-voltage metering box.In the process of measurement business practice of Qingyang Power Supply Company,the difficulties and pain points in the practical work of grass-roots measurement business has been solved in time,and the refined management of measurement equipment has promoted.
