调节阀粘滞特性自整定补偿算法研究

Research on self-tuning compensation algorithm of valve’s viscous characteristics

摘要 阀门静摩擦是过程控制回路中的潜在危害,过大的静摩擦会导致调节阀产生粘滞从而降低控制回路的性能。针对实际中阀门正向行程与反向行程粘滞程度不一样且不同阀位粘滞程度也不一样的特点,在传统单一性参数补偿算法的基础上提出了一种在线参数自整定补偿算法,能减少磨损并使回路输出的振荡基本消失。仿真分析和实际的流量控制回路台架实验均验证了该算法的有效性。 The potential hazards in process control loops include valve static friction,which can cause excessive static friction to cause sticking in the regulating valve,leading to a reduction in the performance of the control loop.Based on the traditional single parameter compensation algorithm,an online parameter self-tuning compensation algorithm is proposed to reduce the wear and make the oscillations in the loop output virtually invisible,in view of the fact that in practice the valve has different levels of sticking in the forward and reverse travels and different valve positions.The effectiveness of the algorithm has been verified by simulation analysis and bench-top experiments with real flow control loops.
