摘要
借鉴新结构经济学金融体系和资源禀赋结构相匹配的原则,在运用排序匹配法客观度量2000—2021年中国30个省份金融结构与劳动力技能结构匹配度的基础上,借助双固定效应对自主创新、技术创新进行回归分析。此外,运用三阶段DEA方法测算创新效率,并借助Tobit模型检验匹配度对创新效率的影响。研究发现,金融结构与劳动力技能结构匹配度对自主创新及技术创新存在显著正向影响;产业结构升级、政府财政科技支出在匹配度与创新之间分别具有遮掩效应和调节作用;匹配度对研发综合技术效率和研发纯技术效率存在显著正向影响,而对其他创新效率未发挥出促进作用。
This paper utilizes the matching principle of financial system and resource endowment structure of new structural economics to objectively measure the degree of matching between financial structure and labor skill structure of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2021 using the rank-matching method.Additionally,the study conducts a regression analysis of independent innovation and technological innovation with the aid of double fixed effects.This study utilized the three-stage DEA method to evaluate innovation efficiency and the Tobit model to examine the influence of matching degree on innovation efficiency.The findings suggest that a higher degree of alignment between financial and labor skill structures has a positive impact on independent and technological innovation.Additionally,the upgrading of industrial structure and increased government spending on science and technology have masking and moderating effects,respectively,on the relationship between matching degree and innovation.The matching degree has a significantly positive impact on the comprehensive technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency of R&D,but does not play a role in promoting other innovation efficiency.
