产业数字化、绿色技术创新与农业产业链韧性

Industrial Digitization,Green Technology Innovation and Agricultural Industry Chain Resilience

选取我国30个省份2004—2021年面板数据,实证考察产业数字化、绿色技术创新和农业产业链韧性之间的关系。研究结果表明:产业数字化对农业产业链韧性具有促进作用,且存在显著区域异质性;绿色技术创新在产业数字化与农业产业链韧性之间发挥中介效应;绿色技术创新对农业产业链韧性的促进作用受产业数字化单重门槛效应的影响。对此,提出打造农村数字产业集群,完善产业数字化发展环境;强化农业绿色技术创新力度,赋能农业产业链可持续发展;发挥产业数字化资源配置靶向功能,驱动农业产业链数字化转型的政策建议。

Select panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2021 to empirically examine the relationship between industrial digitization,green technology innovation,and agricultural industry chain resilience.The research results indicate that industrial digitization has a promoting effect on the resilience of the agricultural industry chain,and there is significant regional heterogeneity;Green technology innovation plays a mediating role between industrial digitization and the resilience of the agricultural industry chain;The promoting effect of green technology innovation on the resilience of the agricultural industry chain is influenced by the single threshold effect of industrial digitization.In response to this,it is proposed to build rural digital industry clusters and reshape the digital development environment of industries;Strengthen the innovation of agricultural green technology and empower the sustainable development of the agricultural industry chain;Utilize the targeted function of industrial digital resource allocation to drive the digital transformation of the agricultural industry chain.
